With six injection molding machines, we are able to provide an integrated service from design to parts processing and assembly, which enables us to manufacture everything from components to final products without time loss due to adjustment and we do the finish without hassle. We have both, a dedicated metal processing team and a molding team to ensure rapid processing.
Product verification from analysis
Analysis software and experienced engineers perform a resin flow analysis of the product model that was sent to us to identify challenges in its production and perform conceptual design in order to minimize losses and defects.
Overwhelming volume fabrication capability
We can mock up a single unit or mass-production prototypes of up to 10, 000 units in a short period of time. We have a track record of making, assembling and delivering 1,000 units of three different types of insert-molded products in three weeks.
